Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds can occur for cancellations up to seven (7) days before the class is due to occur. Refunds cannot be offered for cancellations later than this.

Ceramics is a highly specialised field which requires years of training to produce consistent work. We are therefore not liable for the appearance of student work. We are unable to provide a refund for student work that is cracked, broken or otherwise different to the anticipated outcome. We are not liable for loss of student work caused by kiln failures and otherwise unexpected variations to firings. Nonetheless, we endeavour to take measures to ensure as consistent firing results as possible. This may mean that your work is dried slower, which may result in receiving your finished work later than expected.

Breakages to studio work

Clay Temple is a functioning ceramics studio with work that is produced for sale. If studio work is handled and broken you will be liable for the cost of the work. For this reason we request that children under the age of 12 are not brought onto the premises.
