How do I secure a place in a class?

All places for classes are secured via payment on our website. You can select the class type and date from the 'Shop' section of our website. 

Where is Clay Temple located?

Clay Temple is located in Hornsby, NSW. I will send through the full address once you have booked. 

What do I bring to a class I've booked?

You must bring: enclosed shoes, hand towel and clothes you're happy to get dirty.

When can I collect my work?

We have a few things we need to do behind the scenes to complete your work. This includes two firings. You can expect to pick up your finished work between 3-4 weeks after the class. We will contact you when the work is ready for collection.

Can I bring my child to the class I've booked?

Clay Temple is a creative space for adults. It is our mission to provide a relaxing space for our customers who have booked classes with us. It is not recommended that children under the age of 12 are brought to the studio due to the types of equipment in use. If you are interested in classes for youth aged 12 and above, please contact us regarding a tailored program to suit your needs.

What if I can't make the class and I've already paid for it?

Refunds can occur for cancellations up to seven (7) days before the class is due to occur.

My work looks different to how I thought it would. Can I have a refund?

We are not liable for the appearance of student work. We are unable to provide a refund for student work that is cracked, broken or otherwise different to the anticipated outcome.
